Colvin's Critters guarantees your puppy to be free of all communicable disease for a period of two days (48 hours) from the date of purchase.  The Seller will provide the puppy's immunization and worming records upon departure of the kennel.  The puppy will have registration papers (unless otherwise stated) upon delivery.

To validate this guarantee, the buyer must have said puppy checked by his/her licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt of the puppy allowing an extra day for weekend or holidays.  Failure to do this causes all contracts regarding the puppy to be null and void.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

If the veterinarian should find an untreatable life threatening condition, the puppy can be returned for another puppy of equal value at once, or as soon as one becomes available.  All shipping costs, vet bills or any other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.  Veterinarian documentation must be provided to validate the exchange and the puppy must be returned within one week of

purchase date, along with any registration papers signed back over to me, followed by a signed statement from your vet.  Colvin's Critters assumes no responsibility for any medical bills once the puppy leaves the premises.

All sales are final and are cash only.  There are absolutely no cash refunds on any puppy sales.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  There are no verbal warranties or guarantees.  No guarantee is made to the show quality, life span, size, color, disposition or breeding quality of the puppy.  We make no guarantee on any adult dog.
